“Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of all these things and still be calm in your heart.”
Sybil’s path to the mat began several decades ago when she was sidelined by a running injury. In a yoga studio, across the street from her home, she found overwhelming sense of community, and deep peace (even while struggling to hold what seemed to be simple postures). She found falling on her mat both humbling, and incredibly inspiring. Sybil brings nearly 20 years of teaching experience to her fun, challenging, and creative classes. If you want to laugh, hear some Tupac, and experience freedom on your mat, look no further than Sybil’s power flows. Outside SoulFire Collective, you can catch her in Bethany, chasing around her dogs on the beach, or hanging out with her cutie patootie husband, Matt.
