Greatest Lesson from the Mat:

My mat has taught me foundation. I have built my foundation on my mat, and so with that being said it comes with me everywhere I go. A solid foundation is built from the ground up. You must be able to ground down, spread those toes, sink and stay solid. Much like a strong warrior! In transitional phases no matter what they are if you have a strong foundation the transition will be steady and somewhat easy if you can remember it’s in the foundation which is found inside you.

Favorite Books:

Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle Melton

Journey to the heart by Melody Beattie

The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo

Teaching Style:

An energizing flow to some empowering jams. Music is healing and enlivens you ...  so several feel good tunes to get ya, feeling. Yoga to me is all about having a loving connection to oneself. Yoga helps to reconnect your body back to your heart, mind, and soul. I incorporate rhythm by slowly elevating you to feel… which through the class becomes uplifting, energetic, and inspiring
