Power Flow

60-75 minute classes designed for all levels. Flow with breath, and find yourself challenged, as this style of class offers both advanced postures, and modifications, so that everyone can practice at their own pace. Love Baptiste? Flow + Restore

60 minute class designed for all levels.  The goal of this style class is to soften your mind, and your body’s connective tissue. The class combines static holds, and flowing, with the majority of time spent closer to the ground. Room warmed to 80 degrees+.

NamaSLAY

60 minute class designed for all levels.  Get sweaty, flow in a candlelit room to some sweet beats, free yourself, and find your inner Cardi B or Jay-Z, on your mat. 100% candlelit. Class heated to 85 degrees+.


Yin

60 minute class designed for all levels. This class focuses on long static holds in poses, with the ultimate goal of targeting the body’s fascia and connective tissue. A great compliment to more high intensity forms of workout, and yoga. Room warmed to 75 degrees+.
