Power Flow

60-75 minute classes designed for all levels. Flow with breath, and find yourself challenged, as this style of class offers both advanced postures, and modifications, so that everyone can practice at their own pace. Love Baptiste? Check our teacher bios for teaching inspiration. Room heated to 90 degrees +.


Power Express

45 minute class designed for all levels.  Love the structure of our power class, but short on time? Power Express is the perfect class for you. Spend less time warming up, and more time flowing. Room heated to 90 degrees +.

Slow Flow

60 minute class designed for all levels. This class is structured similar to our power flow class, but taught at a much more intentional pace. We will spend more time in poses, as well as offer more modifications over the course of this class. Room is warmed to 80 degrees +.


Yin

60 minute class designed for all levels. This class focuses on long static holds in poses, with the ultimate goal of targeting the body’s fascia and connective tissue. A great compliment to more high intensity forms of workout, and yoga. Room warmed to 75 degrees+.
